THE BODY WORKS. LISTEN TO IT.

Injury prevention

Paying attention to discomfort and movement limits before increasing loads. An assessment helps identify what to work on, without eliminating the risk of injury.

Recovery between sessions

Sparring, wrestling and conditioning all need room to recover. Talk to a professional about tension, training load and habits between sessions.

Weight before a match

Making weight takes planning, not last-minute fixes. A nutrition plan takes into account the match and the work you do every week.

Mobility for grappling

Hips, shoulders and spine are involved in every transition. Working on movement and control means respecting your limits, even when the pace picks up.

ONE PATH, MORE EXPERTISE.

01

Osteopathy

An assessment of musculoskeletal issues and your training habits. Manual work is adapted to the person, the training load and the needs of combat sport practitioners.

02

Physiotherapy

An assessment and movement-based programme, even when an issue limits your practice. Goals and progression are set together with the professional, without forcing the pace of your return to the mats.

03

Sports massage for muscle tension

A treatment aimed at muscle tension linked to gym training. Intensity and areas to treat are agreed after considering your situation and the load of your recent sessions.

04

Sports nutrition

Personalised nutrition to support training, recovery and bulking or cutting phases. Making weight for a match is approached under professional supervision, avoiding improvised cuts and extreme dehydration.

05

Mobility

Work on control and range of motion, useful for grappling transitions and positions. Exercises and progressions are adapted to your level, without forcing ranges of movement.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.

Do I need to be a gym member?

To find out if you can access the clinic even without being a member of Elite Fight Academy, contact IGEA directly. Access conditions must be confirmed before booking the visit.

How do I book?

Message IGEA on WhatsApp at +39 347 278 6375 or email info@igeaequipe.it. Let them know which service you’re interested in and your availability: the appointment is confirmed only once the clinic replies.

Can I see the osteopath after a training injury?

You can contact the clinic to find out which assessment is suitable, but a recent injury may need a medical check first. If you experience severe pain, deformity, loss of sensation or inability to use a limb, stop training and see a doctor promptly. Osteopathy does not replace a medical diagnosis.

Does the nutritionist also help with making weight for a match?

Sports nutrition also covers making weight. Let them know your weight category, match date and training routine when booking: the plan is assessed individually, without resorting to extreme do-it-yourself practices.
